Our family of 5 had a very lovely time here. Plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably. Felt right at home, space was clean and inviting. Great location off the main road to Moab- very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Basecamp K2, was very relaxing. Great place to return to after long days of exploring. The view of canyon rims was a welcome site. Garage was a blessing for our truck to keep it out of the sun. Although it barely fit. (ram 1500).

We didn't need it, but nice to see a work bench with a bike vise and a pump for working on a bikes.

Temperature was perfect inside, locked to 70 degree. Ceiling fans were great if you wanted it cooler without temp change. King size bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels.
