Our stay at Sterling Sands Unit 205 was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid. The unit is badly outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet was filthy with stained footprints, cabinets had peeling laminate, the dishwasher was improperly installed and had visible mold, the stove was rusted and chipped, and the refrigerator was very dated. We even found drywall mud inside a kitchen cabinet. Two closet areas were missing doors, yet the tracks remained in place. The bed, pillows, and patio furniture were all uncomfortable and worn.

The hot tub was closed for our entire stay, eliminating one of the advertised amenities. We also experienced excessive noise from the unit to our left, with loud music playing from approximately 2 p.m. until midnight and resuming the next day, even after reporting it.

We visited the area to look at homes in a neighboring city and were hoping for a comfortable place to relax after long days of house hunting. Unfortunately, this unit fell far belo

Absolutely beautiful accommodations! Pool was perfect, excellent location to beach/ocean. Only drawback is communication is all via email, so need to stay diligent. But would highly recommend this location!

It was exactly what I needed with 5 kids alone, right on the beach. Perfect pool area. Everything super easy to get to. We slept well, everything worked perfectly and we had the best time! We will for sure be back! (Just needs hot water to last a lil longer)

Beautiful view, heated pool, easy beach access, great experience. Dryer didn't work and wasn't fixed during our short stay, but they didn't expect us to clean linens and had lots of towels in the condo, so it wasn't a big deal. Condo is a bit aged, but still a fabulous beach getaway.
