This family-friendly condo is located on the seventh floor, and therefore grants marvelous and unparalleled ocean and beach views from all the windows and especially the furnished balcony. Wood-look tile is everywhere in this condo, allowing guests to stay cool with no carpet in sight. Central air conditioning will also help everyone stay comfortable. This balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your daily cup of steamy coffee or some snacks at night while you listen to the waves crash on the shore. Back inside, this Gulf-front retreat boasts an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area for even more togetherness with your group. The built-in wall desk is perfect for completing remote work or schooling before visiting the beautiful Emerald Coast. Let the group unwind in the living area and watch a fun movie on the mounted 65-inch flatscreen SmartTV while you treat them to delicious snacks or even a full-course meal thanks to the fully equipped kitchen - it features all modern stainless steel appliances (and beautiful granite countertops) you need to create memorable meals. If you'd like to have a barbecue during your stay, you can use any of the several shared gas grills available in the complex. Guests will have unlimited access to great shared amenities, such as an outdoor heated pool (heated all year round), hot tub, and even a fitness center. There are two walkways that take you directly to the beach, and each has a shower and spray-off area for your body, feet, and toys. If cooking isn't really your forte, there's no need to worry - there are a plethora of nearby restaurants such as Merlins Pizza, The Back Porch, Waffle House, and so much more. A WalMart SuperCenter is less than a mile to the east, and both a Publix Grocery and a Whole Foods Market are within two-and-a-half miles to the east. The number one attraction here is the beach, of course. But roughly 150 yards north is The Track - Destin. This is the perfect place to go if you're traveling with kids; this amusement park offers go-karts, mini-golf, kiddie rides, bumper cars, and more. One and a half miles east is the Henderson Beach State Park, which is a great option if you'd like to try something other than swimming and sunbathing. Here you can ride bikes through scenic trails, try your luck at fishing, enjoy hiking, or treat your friends to a fun picnic experience. Things to Know Elevator available. One parking space inside the covered parking garage available. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through our onsite provider, Sun, Sand & Sea. Located in the beach shack onsite. The maintenance team cleans commonly used items at least every three hours. These include door handles, gates, elevator keypads, etc.. This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

This was our third stay at Sterling Sands and our first in Unit 702. Though a slightly higher rental rate, the accommodations are definitely 5* and the inclusion of beach chairs and an umbrella was a new bonus for us. In all, it was definitely worth the difference in price. We found the unit extremely clean and well-maintained. The location (just one unit from the end of the property) made our patio quiet and relaxing, with unobstructed views of the beach and Destin's gorgeous ocean! Though we had a few glitches with door codes, a faulty dryer and a TV that didn't have access to the cable box, the staff response was quick and efficient and maintenance was as well. I can't recommend Unit 702 enough, but please don't book "our week," as we'll definitely be back soon!

This condo is 5*! Beautifully decorated, kitchen gorgeous and fully stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need. Beach chairs and umbrella included! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been to many condos but this one tops every single one! The view, well stocked kitchen, pretty decor, comfortable furniture(beds,couches), fully stocked closet with EVERY BEACH ITEM you could want! My crew will be back!
