Enjoy your meals al fresco in your furnished balcony and admire the Gulf and beach views without even leaving your vacation rental. Take advantage of the resort's shared, on-site amenities that include a swimming pool and even a grill area! What's nearby: Sterling Shores resort boasts a prime location just moments away from the beach and a short walk to mainland entertainment. You'll be right across Highway 98, which offers a plethora of dining options. The Track is under a mile away and offers family-friendly fun with its go-karts tracks, mini-golf courses, bumper cars, and more! The famous Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is a short two-mile ride and it's a must-visit! Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
