We enjoyed the privacy of this condo and great beach view. It’s a side unit which makes it even better. The kitchen was well appointed and overall clean space. However we were disappointed with the communication of Avari management which took upwards of hours to respond with the beach door access code. We didn’t find the code in the guest book and when we finally got it, it was incorrect! We hacked it ourselves as we could not exit the beach without it. Called Avari with the correct code for future guests’ convenience. Lastly the sheets felt like sand & had a bumpy texture in certain spots. Otherwise a good stay!

No complaints! Anytime I had a question, I got a very quick response. Location is amazing, close to all the things tourist would be grateful for. We loved the easy access to the beach and how private it was. 10/10 we would definitely come back to stay!
