There is nothing like vacationing beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico, so spoil yourself and head to Destin's powder-white sand! There will be no delay in feeling comfortable and right at home here at Sterling Sands 710, as you will be greeted by a bright interior, fun coastal decor in each room, and access to your gorgeous balcony overlooking the turquoise waters below. After sipping a morning coffee in the salty air, slip into your favorite bathing suit and check out the shared pool to tan. Or, you can easily walk a few steps to the warm sand and bring a picnic for lunch by the crashing waves. Each night, the group's chef can whip up tasty meals in the full kitchen as the gang kicks back on the living area sofa. Don't forget to watch a favorite movie on the TV before hitting the hay! Things to Know There is a $15 per person amenity fee that must be paid via a registration link that will be supplied upon booking. This fee grants access to the pool and private beach. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through our onsite provider, Sun, Sand & Sea. Located in the beach shack onsite.

We loved everything this stunning condo had to offer! Where do I start... The view, the location, the white sandy beach, the kitchen that had everything you could dream off. The beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower I wanted to take home with me, literally this is the bathroom off my dreams. I loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee and watching the dolphins. This is the place dreams are made off! Can't wait to come back!!!

This unit is beautiful and so thoughtfully put together. We had everything we needed for the most relaxing week at the beach. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and the closet with all the things we needed for the beach. This was our 3rd year in a row staying here and the unit has been so well maintained. And it’s so clean! Will be back again next year.

Unit 710 is the cleanest, most well-appointed, beautifully furnished condo in the entire building! The master bathroom is a work of functional art and the view from the ;7th floor is not to be missed. We will absolutely be back!

This condo was amazing !! It was modern yet coastal cozy. The master bath felt like you were at a spa ! And everything that we needed to have an amazing week was provided. The view of the beach from everywhere in the condo was spectacular !You can listen to the waves from your bed ! I can’t say enough about the beauty of this beach front condo. We’ll be back !!
