The rear balcony has access from both the family room and main bedroom and extends the entire length of the home, great for enjoying the peaceful setting with your morning coffee or late afternoon relaxing. Plus, this beach house is a short walk to the pool, boat dock, and sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, so you won't have to venture far for unlimited fun! PETS - Animals/Pets are not allowed on property under any circumstances. Guests found in violation of the property rules will be evicted from the property with all monies paid forfeited. OCCUPANCY - Any reservation that we find exceeds the occupancy of the rental property will be evicted with all monies paid forfeited. Children two (2) and under do not count towards occupancy PARKING – There is parking for four (4) vehicles and the garage is not for parking. It is a game room.

The property itself is fantastic. Very easy beach access. However be aware that the national seashore, various parks, forts, and museums may be operated by federal government and closed during the shutdown.

The home was clean, very comfortable and convenient to the bay and the beach. The added perk of the game room with the ping pong table, pool table, kayaks, foosball and bikes provided hours of pleasure. The deck was great and the front porch was a delightful place to chill. We also thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool that was available to us in the quiet gated community. We would definitely stay here again as the accommodations were exceptional and added to the pleasure of our vacation.

We loved the location and house was perfect! The basement are was loaded with bikes, boards and table games, it was the perfect house for a family (we had six) everyone could spread out when we needed. Heads up if you are a coffee drinker bring some Kcups - I didn’t see a regular coffee pot.

This house had EVERYTHING! Lot of room, all the utensils one could ask for, great BBQ Grill, the community pool was great, beach was close, has ping pong table, pool table, foosball table, small boats, lifejackets, bikes, tricycles, beach cart, beach chairs, the bottom floor is air conditioned with all this game stuff, very comfortable, nice epoxy floors on the bottom, the owner has put some serious effort in this house, one of the best places we have stayed in Pensacola Beach!

It is absolutely perfect location. You have the Santa Rosa sound and the beach access across the road they have a pool table, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and every size from kids to xl life jackets a fishing pole and isn’t far from the pier but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the crowds of traffic. The kids absolutely loved the community. Great place to take the family. We will definitely come back to visit. Thank you
