Enjoy your breakfast on the patio or in the lovely living room with its oversized sofa and large smart TV. Full and content, put on some sunscreen and get ready to explore all that Pensacola Beach has to offer! Less than 15 miles from your front door, you can visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, Wave Cutter Fishing/Dolphin Tours, Saenger Theatre Pensacola, and Goofy Golf. Additionally, right at your stay, you'll have access to a shared pool. Kissed by the sun and ready to relax, throw your swimsuit in the private washer/dryer for a refresh, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking, and crawl under the soft linens available in both of the bedrooms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

By order of Escambia County, the beach in front of Regency Towers is closed due to ongoing the beach renourishment project. An email, will be sent out when it re-opens.

It’s very cozy to stay. I love the beach being so close, back door connect right to the beach front. No stairs or elevator. Walk right out from the living room. Loved it.

I would definitely stay in this same unit again! Beach access was very easy. Getting luggage to and from was easy with it being lower level

A solid 4.5/5. Pros: The location was PERFECT. We could walk out our door to the pool and the beach. The layout of the condo was great. Wonderful area. We felt safe and it was not crowded at all. There is a closet on the outside patio that is packed full of beach toys, chairs, etc. Cons: The mattresses in the guest room need to be updated. They were pretty wore out and uncomfortable. One was very springy. The washer had a pretty heavy odor of mildew. There were a few things through out the condo that you could tell had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. But overall the cleanliness was not too bad. The walls/ceilings were pretty thin. You could hear the footsteps of people above you pretty loudly. We will still definitely return. This was probably one of our favorite places that we have stayed on the beach.
