After your day exploring, come back to your home base where there is ample room and lodging for all. Inside, you’ll find quaint decor and comfortable furnishings, contributing to an inviting space. The open-concept living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, whether you’re streaming your favorite shows on the TV or joining at the dining table to share meals. Create these treasured dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen that is great for entertaining guests. Outside, the private furnished balcony allows you to sit back and unwind. For a complete stay, there is WiFi should you need to plug in and a shared washer/dryer to refresh for the next day’s adventures.

* Do not hang garments or towels from balcony or stairway area.
* No storage on balconies, under balconies, or in stairway area.
* Carports are for private use of respectively marked units only (vehicles and bicycles). All others will be towed at their expense.
* No Charcoal or Gas BBQ grills (Escambia County fire safety code).
* No pets on the beach. (State law $500 fine)
* No glass containers on the beach. (State law $500 fine)
* No use of skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters.
* No loud noises or music that disturbs others.
* Pool rules posted in the pool area must be observed.
* Vehicles must have either resident windshield parking sticker or temporary rental parking pass from rental agency on dashboard.

great location and fun area

The condo is at a very convenient area in relation to the pool and the beach. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities. We really appreciated that there were so many games and books there for the children. There were also sand toys and boogie boards there for us to use, which was delightful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had no major issues overall. We would stay here again.

The address that is given to get to the condo actually leads you into an adjacent parking lot that has a large blocking fence to where you can see the condo you need to get to, but you cannot drive there. You actually have to enter into the condo complex, the right turn before the condo, at the Regency Towers, and then you turn left into the Villas. This should be updated as it was an issue for us getting to the condo initially. Also for our grocery order, because it was sent to the fenced-in area. Otherwise, we had no issues at all.

Our little family loved this location! We didnt have to load up and drive to the beach, it was just a small walk away. The pool was perfect, beautiful area to walk around and our favorite places, The Local & Natice café were so close! the condo was very clean and perfect for a family with smaller children! We would stay there again!
