* No use of skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters.
* No loud noises or music that disturbs others.
* Pool rules posted in the pool area must be observed.
* Vehicles must have either resident windshield parking sticker or temporary rental parking pass from rental agency on dashboard.

Location

Communication was horrific and uncoordinated. Constantly different people handling issues with poor follow through. Overwhelming emails being redundant and constant interruption. In the end I finally got one local lady who responded in a fair manner. Other issues were dirty glasses, dishes and utensils not washed but put into the cupboards, I'd be concerned about contracting HEPATITIS. Also there was only 2 small soap bars, and 1 small personal tube of shampoo and conditioner for 4 people to share over a 3 day stay. Then there's the issue of turds on the hand rails leading into the apartment. Add to that some of the stairs lad splintered boards on the verge of breaking. The master bed had a topper but that didn't do much for the mattress underneath being broken down. Then upon leaving they ask the guest to wash the dishes and strip the beds. So the guest is the housekeeper, that explains the dirty dishes. Fooled me once!

Amazing! Such a quick walk to the beach and so close to everything! Condo was perfect and even had beach supplies.

The place was clean and nice enough. It was a decent location and seemed safe. Didn’t realize it was a stairs only situation and upstairs. The entry door was difficult. The number pad didn’t seem to work well. The main issue was that there was a complete remodel loudly going on in the unit next door that had banging and hammering and crashes all day long on one side and their dumpster right outside the window on the other where demolition material was being crashed in it. This went on from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. We contacted the rental agency and they did not respond. It was disturbing enough that we did not spend the second night but drove back the 6 hours home a day early on a two day stay. Still haven’t heard back from them. Unhappy with my stay would be mild to say. Don’t stay here for the next few months if you are looking for a restful trip to the beach.
