Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. CST. Please keep in mind that our housekeeping staff will need to enter your rental promptly after check-out time to begin cleaning and preparing the rental for the next arriving guests. Be sure that you have checked all closets, cabinets, drawers and under beds as well as checking the washer and dryer for all belongings. Place remote controls for each device (TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, etc.) on a table in the room it belongs. Please remove all trash from the rental. If dirty dishes are in the dishwasher, please start the dishwasher before leaving and housekeeping will put away all clean dishes.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

The house was everything we expected plus more!! Definitely plan on booking again. Only downside is we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work but we informed management and they got right on it!!!!

日の出もとても綺麗でした。
残念だったのは、2段ベッドに布団がなかった為、クローゼットから出しましたが、ペットの毛だらけの布団があり、そこのベッドは毛だらけになってしまい、使えませんでした。

Laid out very well, plenty of kitchen accessories, nice decks with good furniture. Comfortable beds, well maintained home.
