Explore the pristine coastline of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, just steps from the condo, or soak up the sun while staying cool at the sparkling on-site pool. Enjoy gorgeous views and cooling bay breezes on the private balcony or kick back inside with air-conditioned comfort while taking in the views from the panoramic bay window sitting area. The kitchen comes equipped with plenty of counter space and all the. major appliances for home cooking, including a dishwasher for quick cleanup. The serving window makes it easy to serve up dishes at the dining table and there's room for everyone with seating for everyone. In the evenings, unwind in the living area while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool THINGS TO KNOW Complex renovations will begin in November 2023 and will last roughly one year. During this time, there will be periods when guests may not have access to their balconies and/or vacation rentals. There will also be loud noise, vibrations, and dust generated. There may be times the interior is exposed to outdoor elements as well.

House rules

Palm Beach Club: Rules and Regulations 1. Trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters at each end of the property. 2. Pets are strictly forbidden. 3. Towels and bathing suits and any other garments are not allowed to be dropped over railings. 4. Occupancy: 6 people in a 2 bedroom MAX and 8 people in a 3 bedroom MAX. 5. Two deep per space in front of the yellow line. 6. Renters can not park in other owners' parking spaces when the lot is full. The owner's spaces are reserved for the owners and their guests or renters. 7. Renters can not leave all their beach toys, chairs, etc. in adjoining parking spaces. They must be kept in the space of the unit they are renting. GRILLS & BURNERS: 1. Charcoal grills are not allowed on Palm Beach Club property due to fire hazard. 2. Owners/Guests are not allowed to cook in the garage or carport areas.

This unit is close to everything yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The beach is a very short walk. Everything was so clean! We are repeat guest and love staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach rental! The home was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. The only small improvement we could suggest to add cable TV, as we missed having it in the evenings. Overall, a great vacation and we would happily stay again.
