* Vehicles must have either resident windshield parking sticker or temporary rental parking pass from rental agency on dashboard.

Absolutely perfect location and comfy stay-fix the water heater

This is my favorite place to stay in Pensacola. The property is great. Beach access is perfect. The apartment sizes are comfortable. The pool is a nice addition and the available summer shuttle makes accessing the main strip easy! This unit was well furnished. I had some of the best sleep I’ve ever had on a vacation!

In this unit, hot water was an issue. There was not enough hot water for one shower and there were multiple mornings we couldn’t get any hot water even though it was first thing in the morning and nothing was running. We called to report the issue, but it was not addressed during our stay that we’re aware of.

This place was amazing! We loved being able to walk right out of our door to the beautiful beach! This made a beach trip with two young children SO enjoyable and easy. The pool area was very nice and clean as well. The unit itself was cozy and very well maintained, exactly as described and with a private back porch (great for hanging or spraying on that sunscreen before heading out). We would definitely stay here again! If you prefer very thick blankets like me or coffee in the morning, just remember to bring those along with you (coffee pot was there!). We had a fantastic time at this beachfront property! It is also just a short drive away from all Pensacola has to offer, we enjoyed an amazing dolphin cruise and yummy restaurants!

The location is great, and the place was exactly as described and shown in the listing. Overall, the unit itself was nice and met expectations.

The main drawback was the communication. During the stay, it often took anywhere from 5–12 hours to receive responses to questions. We also were not given the unit number before arrival and had to wait outside for about and hour before getting a reply. The check-in email stated that the pool and beach access codes would be sent before arrival, but we did not receive them until hours later and only after multiple calls and follow-ups.

One thing to keep in mind is that you are dealing with a rental management company rather than an individual host, so communication felt less personal and response times were slower than expected.
