When booking we didn’t realize that it was a king bed with queen bunks all in one space. It wasn’t very clear in the description, but they made it clear after booking. Check-in would’ve been smooth, but We didn’t get the code until late and had to call to get the code. The bunks were more like a double bed. I’m 6ft 3in tall and my head and feet were touching the head board and foot board. I’m pretty sure it was not a true queen bed. The neighborhood and location was beautiful! The beach was stunning. We probably would’ve given this a 5 star rating had we known more about the sleeping arrangements and the code before arriving. Those two things left a bad taste in our mouth. Once we got past that we were able to have a great time.

It was clean and had almost everything me and my family needed for our stay. I will be returning and I highly recommend this place for a vacation in Pensacola because it won’t disappoint!

We enjoyed how close this property was to the beach. Definitely, within walking distance. Everything was well appointed. We had plenty of towels and even blankets. It's funny how many places in FL don't provide extra blankets. It was great to have assigned covered parking too so when we left in the rain we could stay dry. Though we didn't use it, It was nice there was a mini fridge upstairs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Washer Dryer are on the porch. Know that the stairs are Extremely steep. One of our teens didn't want to sleep on the bunk bed in the bedroom with their snoring dad but they found the couch comfortable enough and there were extra sheets.

Pictures were exactly accurate. Home was clean but some of the sheets and pillow cases were placed on inside out and sheet on the main bed was too small so it would slip up, too minor to not say it was great overall. Perfect for small families and very cute.
