Enter via your private, two-car garage and make your way upstairs to the main living area with balcony access and plenty of books and games to enjoy. This vacation rental features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar to make it easy to prepare home-cooked meals, plus a unique coffee bar with a stand-alone ice maker. Dine together at the table for eight or at the smaller table for four, either of which is also great for family board game nights. The living area includes a large, comfortable sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV and also opens up to the furnished Gulf front balcony where you can whip up something delicious on the gas grill, dine overlooking the sparking blue waters, or watch the Blue Angels Air Show.

Cross the bamboo wood floors and travel up to the second level where you will find the master suite complete with a king bed, sofabed, and a private balcony. Climb the spiral staircase leading up to the loft complete with an additional king-size bed, a TV for movies (bring your own DVDs), and another great view. Your second full bedroom is complete with two queen beds and water views, while the third bedroom has another queen. This townhome is the perfect vacation destination for making great family memories!

We have visited Pensacola beach for the past 10 years and this was the most spacious, practical, and accommodating stay we’ve had. It is very relaxing, secluded, and spacious. As well as being flexible for kiddos. I loved that they had a “living quarters” on the base level of the home for everyone to hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The bedrooms being on the top floor was a best because we weren’t bothered by others that stayed up later, etc. All the seating and beds were comfortable. The unit was clean upon arrival and you could even smell the cleanliness. The views from this place were so beautiful at each level (on the beach, patio, and balcony.) We hope to return and we highly recommend. The team was easy to communicate with and were responsive. The unit is privately owned but managed through Avari. It felt so friendly and personable to be in this unit. They had a map of the USA for you to pin the area your from and a book to sign!
