Drive into Historic Pensacola Village, crossing over Pensacola Bay, for a fun day of sightseeing among boutique shops, museums, and low-key eateries. You could also go on a bike ride or jog on the paved strand just beyond your doors.

Belonging to the Boardwalk condo complex, this home has plenty of tropical charm. Inside sit spacious rooms filled with coast-inspired decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern conveniences. The living area has a large, cable-equipped flatscreen TV with a DVD player and accompanying DVD library. Through sliding glass doors in the living room sits an outdoor balcony with bayfront views and seating.

Prepare fresh meals quickly and easily with modern appliances and a variety of cookware in the kitchen. Eat together at the glass-top dining table with seating for six, or dine al fresco on the back deck.

*Charcoal grills are not allowed on any of the wood deckings. When used, they must be on the sand or asphalt. Gas grills are allowed only on the entrance level deck and must be at least 10 feet from walls when in use. Grills must be attended at all times.
* Pets: Animal/Pets are not allowed on property or in the units under any circumstances. Guests found in violation of the property rules will be evicted from the property with all monies paid forfeited.
* Please do not hang bags or baskets on the pier lights.
* Please clean up after yourself if you make a mess with bait or scales
* Please do not cut bait on the bench.
* Do not tie boats or jet skis up to the pier.

Excellent! Sunsets and dolphins!

Location was great! Quiet. Steps from the bay and just a short stroll over to the Gulf side. Walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's.

The tables out back has rusted bases, I almost cut my foot on them.

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It was as described in the photos. They have actually replaced the white sofa with newer leather swivel chairs. The walkout to the shoreline of the bay was the best! And, right across the street is easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

First the Pros: You can not beat the location, it's a one minute walk to the beach access, the trolley stop is right at the entrance, you are close enough to the boardwalk to get to things but far enough away to not be crowded. The sound is right there, great access for little ones and fishing. The house does have kayaks and bikes, and an easy way to wash the sand off. Plenty of space to spread out and the storage room down stairs did have some boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and things that others had left. I would book again for sure, again the location is unbeatable.Cons: In 15 years of renting homes this is hands down, the worst stocked kitchen I have ever experienced. 1 trashbag, not even salt or pepper, the management company just gives you a hotel package size of dish soap, they literally clean out the kitchen and bathrooms in between renters. It's like they don't understand that the whole idea of renting a house through VRBO is that you leave stuff for the next renters. I was shocked at how little there was. Plenty of dinnerware but not really a full selection of cookware. The mattress/bed in the second bedroom needs replaced. The ceiling fan on the deck does not work. The carpet on the stairs is pretty worn. 3 of the chairs on the deck are broken or dangerously in need of repair. If you don't need fancy this place is beyond great. Even with the problems I would book it again.

Clean and quiet, steps from the beach! Lots of extras in the storage unit, kayaks, beach items, etc. Nice family, community pool. Great boardwalk and great location!
