House rules

Charcoal grills are not allowed on any of the wood deckings. When used, they must be on the sand or asphalt. Gas grills are allowed only on the entrance level deck and must be at least 10 feet from walls when in use. Grills must be attended at all times. Pets: Animal/Pets are not allowed on property or in the units under any circumstances. Guests found in violation of the property rules will be evicted from the property with all monies paid forfeited. ▴ Please do not hang bags or baskets on the pier lights. ▴ Please clean up after yourself if you make a mess with bait or scales ▴ Please do not cut bait on the bench. ▴ Do not tie boats or jet skis up to the pier.

Amazing location- can just walk out of your back porch directly onto the beach. Comfortable space, but definitely in need of some TLC. Outdoor furniture was broken and uncomfortable. Indoor furniture was very worn. But overall we had a good stay and the price was fair.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boardwalk D4! The location was fabulous—just steps from the beach and right on the bayside, which gave us the best of both worlds. We spent time hanging out in the bay, walking on the pier, and taking some truly beautiful pictures. The condo itself was spotless and very comfortable. It has two bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a sofa bed, and a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals in. The décor was charming and made it feel like a true beach getaway. One of the highlights was the beach shed stocked with plenty of items, including kayaks, which our kids (ages 15 and 16) had a blast using. It was myself, a friend, my daughter, and a couple of her friends, and we all had more than enough space. We also love visiting Fort Pickens, and the condo’s location made it incredibly convenient—it’s just right down the road. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!
