The full kitchen is well-appointed for easy home cooking and a dishwasher is equipped for quick cleanup. Soak in pool and bay views while sipping coffee or cocktails on the private balcony. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms offer flexible home entertainment. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. ***Please Note: Due to damages from a tornado that came through our area, repairs to the outside buildings, carports and stairwells started in August of 2024 and will be on-going through the New Year. House rules

Renters MAY NOT have pets on the premises. Musical instruments, stereos, tape and CD decks, radios or television will not be played between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 am in such a manner as to disturb others. Occupants are responsible for the acts of their children and guests. Each unit shall not sleep more than 6 people each night. Each renter is allowed two parking spaces only. Vehicles not identified with owner/visitor passes will be towed. If a vehicle is towed, you may contact Bayside Towing at (850) 932-2020. Every vehicle must have a parking pass. No glass bottles are allowed on the beach, pool, white sandy areas/man-made beaches, pier, or common areas. Please purchase cans. - No items may be left out on the beach, sandy white areas, or commons area overnight. Storage of canoes, kayaks, watercraft or any other items are allowed overnight. (Pensacola Beach Ordinance). If left, they will be removed from the property. Pool Rules- No glass or pets in the pool area. The use of the pool is strictly at swimmer’s own risk. Rules governing use of the facility are posted on site. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m.-10 p.m. Trash and garbage should be properly bagged and placed in dumpsters. No charcoal or gas grills are allowed on any balconies. Grills are not allowed to be used within 10 feet of a building. Towels or other objects may not be hung over balconies or stairways. Buoys are privately owned and not for public use.

Our stay was excellent in this bright condo with views of the bay. Walk to the beach in 5 min. Street is not busy on this quiet (residential) side of Pensacola Beach so no problem crossing. Bay water is even closer. Kitchen has everything you need to eat in. Beds are just right. Two full baths is convenient. Furniture is comfortable. Seafood restaurant Peg Leg Pete’s (and oyster bar) is close and has all sea food including grouper, shrimp and other Gulf favorites.

The home was beautiful, we loved the view. The only thing that was hard for us. Was climbing the 3 staircase, due to my husband health, but other then that we loved it. The view was bealth taken.

This condo was perfect for the week. It was directly beside the pool and had a great view of the bay. A 5 minute walk to the ocean or a 1 minute drive. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and exactly what you need for a beach vacation.

This condo is big enough for 5 to 6 people. Kitchen is very small so only one person at at time can be in the kitchen. It would be nice to have more cooking pans of different sizes to make the cooking easier and faster. Also One sofa is not enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching a movie together. We really didn't use the table to eat we mainly used the kitchen bar to sit and enjoy breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are big enough showers are very spacious and nice. This building doesn't have an elevator so get ready to carry everything upstairs. The pool is not a big pool but when it's hot outside you will enjoy it for sure. It would be nice to see maintenance keep the pool area clean. We were there Sunday through Friday and not once did we see maintenance come around the pool area to clean the pool or around the pool. Maybe a trash can would help. And be ready to pack everything in your vehicle to drive to the pool unless you love walking in the heat. LOL other than that we enjoyed our stay here it was quiet and peaceful at nights.
