Overview

This elegant condominium complex is located in one of the ideal places on the island and has beautiful views of the Gulf, Little Sabine Bay, and Santa Rosa Sound. It is located on Little Sabine Bay, but just cross the street and you will be at Casino Beach, the fishing pier or there is more shopping, entertainment, and dining at the Boardwalk on the Santa Rosa Sound. You can park your car and never even need to use it your entire vacation. The complex has a seasonally heated pool, gym, sauna, dock, and a small private, sandy beach.

Perfect landing space for beaches and bay activities.

Great space, close to the beaches and restaurants, donut shop, etc..mgr/owner was extreme helpful before and during our stay. The amenity boxes with dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent and shower needs was appreciated. Lots of towels - usually there are only one towel per person.

Pool-goers did not respect the no smoking and no glass rules at the pool. We were subjected to smoke blowing in our faces in the pool both days. We were also very concerned about all of the glass bottles being drank from at the pool.

It was a blast

The property lived up to the photos and was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and organized. Arriving went very smoothly and the team responded to every question we had. It’s in the perfect location and we got to see three different views of the water. Couldn’t ask for a better property for the price.

A few lightbulbs need to be replaced.

centrally located, easy in and out of the building. Being close to the beach has some challenges due to wind and weather during our stay.

Worst experience I've ever had on booking.com

Great location and views!

this is by far my worst experience on booking.com! Lights not working, hole in the wall, broken garbage disposal, condo not well maintained at all. Ice maker jammed. Very poor customer service. They said they will send the maintenance to repair the issues. They didn't! They weren't said they would give me a partial refund. They didn't. Won't repeat that experience!
