It is located on Little Sabine Bay, but just cross the street and you will be at Casino Beach, the fishing pier or there is more shopping, entertainment, and dining at the Boardwalk on the Santa Rosa Sound. It was a nice peaceful place. We went to run a triathlon and enjoyed the property. At night you can hear live music but it is not loud on the balcony. If you have an aloe allergy bring your own soap. It has board games which we enjoyed and plenty of kitchen items. Just shop Before you get to the island.

This place was amazing . The views , the location , the bar right out front that was open late . Our first time in Pensacola, but it won't be the last. Definitely would stay here again . All the food options around were amazing minus the bloody Mary's at Flounders ,however the food there was perfect . Hardly any wait time on the elevators at the condo and again the location was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again
