We proudly represents unit 228 in the beautiful Palm Beach Club on Pensacola Beach. You'll fall in love with this vacation rental. All the furniture/decor is new - the owner has left nothing out as the unit is stunning! A tropical chic decor adorns this condo, along with awesome views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The kitchen, dining, and main living area are steps above as you walk in the door and steps below are the two bedrooms with their own bath. There is a balcony off the primary bedroom and also from the den upstairs. Palm Beach Club is perfectly located at the end of Fort Pickens Road before the National Seashore. Tucked away from the crowd you can truly be on vacation. The property is gated lending more privacy. Unit 228 will be one you will want to return to again and again to make more vacation memories.

Palm Beach Club: Rules and Regulations
1. Trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters at each end of the property.
2. Pets are strictly forbidden.
3. Towels and bathing suits and any other garments are not allowed to be dropped over railings.
4. Occupancy: 6 people in a 2 bedroom MAX and 8 people in a 3 bedroom MAX.
5. Two deep per space in front of the yellow line.
6. Renters can not park in other owners' parking spaces when the lot is full. The owner's spaces are reserved for the owners and their guests or renters.
7. Renters can not leave all their beach toys, chairs, etc. in adjoining parking spaces. They must be kept in the space of the unit they are renting.
GRILLS & BURNERS:
1. Charcoal grills are not allowed on Palm Beach Club property due to fire hazard. 2. Owners/Guests are not allowed to cook in the garage or carport areas.

Perfectly Located to Piers, Clean, Beautiful, and Comfortable!

Parking was extremely convenient and close to all activities. Love being in between Fort Pickens Pier and the Pensacola Gulf Pier. Condo was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Stairs to get to the condo are a little strenuous if you are physically challenged but we were fine. Just a little exercise.

You walk into a loft area where kitchen and living room are located upstairs, bathrooms and bedrooms are down stairs. The condo is beautiful. Location is great as you are surrounded by beautiful views and minutes from shopping/dining.
