All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Charcoal grills are not allowed on any of the wood deckings. When used, they must be on the sand or asphalt. Gas grills are allowed only on the entrance level deck and must be at least 10 feet from walls when in use. Grills must be attended at all times. Pets: Animal/Pets are not allowed on property or in the units under any circumstances. Guests found in violation of the property rules will be evicted from the property with all monies paid forfeited. ▴ Please do not hang bags or baskets on the pier lights. ▴ Please clean up after yourself if you make a mess with bait or scales ▴ Please do not cut bait on the bench. ▴ Do not tie boats or jet skis up to the pier.

Good place to stay to be close to the beach.

There is plenty of room and multiple bathrooms was a plus

The unit number was never shared and to unlock and lock the door also no directions were given. I had to call to get the unit number and it took us some time, with an agent on the phone, to figure out the door mechanism. Specific directions should have been shared before we arrived.
Additionally there is no shared pool.😒

We love that we had a choice of a private beach, on the bay or the public beach, on the Gulf, within walking distance. There were no shops nearby other than a convenience store that is very limited and one restaurant within walking distance. The condo was equipped for cooking and very clean. The towels and wash rags are SUPER ruff but all in all the condo was great!
