Great place for the price, the place needs a lot of updating. Furnitures do look outdated and old. Great price for what we needed it for. Close walk to the beach and quiet location. We only need it to sleep since most of the time we went to a friend’s place that’s on the beach.

The location, quietness, and the views. And the amount of space
There was a lot of gnats and mosquitoes. Also in the bedroom in front of the stairs you could turn the lamps or leave the tv on. When I go to turn the big light out, everything turned off. Also in the master room no big light.
