All others will be towed at their expense. * No Charcoal or Gas BBQ grills (Escambia County fire safety code). * No pets on the beach. (State law $500 fine) * No glass containers on the beach. (State law $500 fine) * No use of skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters. * No loud noises or music that disturbs others. * Pool rules posted in the pool area must be observed. * Vehicles must have either resident windshield parking sticker or temporary rental parking pass from rental agency on dashboard.

It wasn't far from restaurants or shops. The path from the complex leads to the beach.
The wooden steps are dated, a little tricky when taking stuff upstairs.

Great location to the pool and beach! Having a washer and dryer would be SUPER helpful because the coin laundry facility is unkept and kind of gross. We had a great stay! Thank you for the great communication!! When our A/C we got a quick response and it was fixed quickly!

I had an amazing stay; Avari was very quick to respond and address all my questions. The home was clean and well maintained, even came with a kitchen care kit for washing dishes!
