This gated property is located in the hub of Pensacola Beach with the Intracoastal to the east, the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and Little Sabine Bay to the west. You'll find all of Pensacola Beach's charm within walking distance. Venture out a bit farther to discover several other local attractions including the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, Saenger Theatre Pensacola, and Goofy Golf of Pensacola, all within 12 miles of your door. This vibrant, single-level retreat features a well-equipped, full kitchen with an array of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a breeze. Dine together at the adjacent table - perfect for playing some of the provided board games - and then settle into the living area to stream all your favorite channels into the evening using your own accounts. If you're visiting in July, this property offers a phenomenal vantage point for watching the Blue Angels Air Show! This condo also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip and keep those beach towels and swimsuits bright and clean. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. High chair and Pack-N-Play provided.

House rules

1. HOURS: The hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. are designated as quiet time. Shouting from balconies at any time, shall not be allowed, as this is disturbing to other occupants. 2. OCCUPANTS RESPONSIBILITY: Occupants shall be responsible for the actions and acts of all their children, other family members, their friends, guests, pets or others using the facilities. 3. PARKING: Automobiles shall be parked only in designated areas, and not on lawns, in fire zones or in loading zones in front of the lobby. Vehicles improperly parked will be towed at the owner’s expense. Boat trailers shall be parked in the area designated for that purpose at the south end of the parking lot. 4. POOL: Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12. No glass item shall be allowed on the pool deck. All authorized pool users shall Shower before entering the pool. Diving is not permitted at anytime by any pool user. Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard will be provided. Proper attire shall be worn in the pool. No cutoffs or diapers shall be worn in the pool at any time. (This includes all diapers, baby & adult.) Pool chairs and lounges cannot be reserved for future use. Close umbrellas after use. 5. TRASH: All trash and garbage shall be properly bagged and placed in the trash chutes or in the dumpsters. No trash shall be left outside unit doors, on stairways, or at building entrance doorways. 6. BALCONIES: Occupants shall not hang towels or other objects over balcony rails, nor shall the balconies be used for storage. Clotheslines are not permitted. Bicycles shall not be kept on balconies at any time. Carpeting or other moisture retaining materials shall not be permitted. As referenced in the Florida Fire Preventions Code NO HIBACHI, GRILL, OR OTHER SIMILAR DEVICES used for cooking, heating, or any other purpose shall be used or kindled on any balcony, under any overhanging portion, or within 10 feet of any structure. No hibachi, grill, or other similar devises used for cooking shall be stored on a balcony. 7. ENTRANCE HALLWAYS: The hallways shall be kept clear at all times. No trash, sporting equipment, or any other item shall be left in the hallways at any time. Entrance balconies are part of our common elements and shall be cared for accordingly. Unsightly furniture or other items shall not be permitted. Absolutely NO loud radios shall be permitted at any time. 8. OCCUPANCY LIMITS FOR RENTALS: The unit may only be occupied overnight by the number of persons for which the unit was designed. For purposes of clarification, two-bedroom units are designed for occupancy by no more than six (6) persons; three-bedroom units are designed for occupancy by no more than eight (8) persons; four-bedroom units are designed for occupancy by no more than ten (10) persons. Anyone found to be over occupancy will risk eviction. 9. LIABILITY: All persons entering common elements shall exercise due care. 10. FIRE CODE: All walkways and exits shall be kept clear of objects and or obstructions at all times. 11. FIREWORKS: NO FIREWORKS of any kind shall be allowed on South Harbour Condominium property at any time. 12. LUGGAGE RACKS: Luggage carts are available for the convenience of owners, guests and renters and they shall be returned to the inside lobby promptly after use. Luggage carts are not to be left inside a unit. 13. UNIT ENTRY: The association has the irrevocable right of access to each unit during reasonable hours, when necessary for the maintenance, repair, or replacement of any common elements or of any portion of a unit to be maintained by the association pursuant to the declaration or as necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or to a unit. Any violations of the Condo Rules and Regulations could result in eviction with no refunds given.

Great location for everything you’d need in Pensacola Beach. Easy walk to the beach for beautiful sunrise/set. Across the street from restaurants and entertainment. Super clean space. Easy parking. Beautiful balcony views! We loved our stay!
