Enjoy a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the front area! Central air conditioning will ensure that everyone will feel at ease in the family-friendly living room. Bedrooms are curated for comfort and ease after hitting the beach! The private washer/dryer will take care of your towels so you can relax. Cook up something delicious in the full kitchen, equipped with the tools you need to cook up your favorites while on vacation. Guests can enjoy the use of a shared pool during their stay. ***Please Note: Due to damages from a tornado that came through our area, repairs to the outside buildings, carports and stairwells started in August of 2024 and will be on-going through the New Year. House rules

Renters MAY NOT have pets on the premises. Musical instruments, stereos, tape and CD decks, radios or television will not be played between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 am in such a manner as to disturb others. Occupants are responsible for the acts of their children and guests. Each unit shall not sleep more than 6 people each night. Each renter is allowed two parking spaces only. Vehicles not identified with owner/visitor passes will be towed. If a vehicle is towed, you may contact Bayside Towing at (850) 932-2020. Every vehicle must have a parking pass. No glass bottles are allowed on the beach, pool, white sandy areas/man-made beaches, pier, or common areas. Please purchase cans. - No items may be left out on the beach, sandy white areas, or commons area overnight. Storage of canoes, kayaks, watercraft or any other items are allowed overnight. (Pensacola Beach Ordinance). If left, they will be removed from the property. Pool Rules- No glass or pets in the pool area. The use of the pool is strictly at swimmer’s own risk. Rules governing use of the facility are posted on site. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m.-10 p.m. Trash and garbage should be properly bagged and placed in dumpsters. No charcoal or gas grills are allowed on any balconies. Grills are not allowed to be used within 10 feet of a building. Towels or other objects may not be hung over balconies or stairways. Buoys are privately owned and not for public use.

This home was perfect for our stay in Pensacola. The size was ideal for two people, the beds were comfortable, and the home was equipped with everything we needed. It was a quiet area with easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again

What a beautiful location ocean on one side and sound on the other and a nice pool. Gorgeous views love the ponds in the back of the building with the ducks and turtles has a nice grilling area and fire pit along with small beach on the sound. The unit is very comfortable and has all the amenities of Home. Can’t wait to stay again.

Ideal location across from the beach and on the bay side. Worth knowing you’ll need to climb some stairs (no issue for us) and provide your own coffee, bottled water, salt and pepper. Overall a great experience though and I’d go back if ever in the Pensacola area again!
