House rules

Renters MAY NOT have pets on the premises. Musical instruments, stereos, tape and CD decks, radios or television will not be played between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 am in such a manner as to disturb others. Occupants are responsible for the acts of their children and guests. Each unit shall not sleep more than 6 people each night. Each renter is allowed two parking spaces only. Vehicles not identified with owner/visitor passes will be towed. If a vehicle is towed, you may contact Bayside Towing at (850) 932-2020. Every vehicle must have a parking pass. No glass bottles are allowed on the beach, pool, white sandy areas/man-made beaches, pier, or common areas. Please purchase cans. - No items may be left out on the beach, sandy white areas, or commons area overnight. Storage of canoes, kayaks, watercraft or any other items are allowed overnight. (Pensacola Beach Ordinance). If left, they will be removed from the property. Pool Rules- No glass or pets in the pool area. The use of the pool is strictly at swimmer’s own risk. Rules governing use of the facility are posted on site. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m.-10 p.m. Trash and garbage should be properly bagged and placed in dumpsters. No charcoal or gas grills are allowed on any balconies. Grills are not allowed to be used within 10 feet of a building. Towels or other objects may not be hung over balconies or stairways. Buoys are privately owned and not for public use.

I was excited to come here with my husband and 2 boys, but this even exceeded my expectations! I was a little nervous about climbing the stairs with all our luggage, especially because it was raining when we got there, but it wasn’t even bad. The stairs weren’t slippery or steep, and we barely got dripped on. I’d been nervous about any weird smells (I’m sensitive to strong smells) because of someone else’s review, but I detected no smells and everything was very clean. I really liked that I received a text when I arrived asking for a rating on cleanliness - that shows they care! There was also a note with contact info in case we had any questions or needed anything (We stayed in a different condo a few years ago that was very dirty, so this level of caring meant a lot to me!) There were even dishes and silverware, a coffee pot (but not coffee which is fine because I brought my own), 2 bathrooms and a garden tub! And the views were amazing! Very close to the water. The WiFi and TVs were great too - we were able to watch YouTube and Netflix, and we logged into our Disney account too. We put some of our beach stuff (like tent and chairs) under the stairs. There were even some games in the cabinet, like Trouble and Life. My 7-year-old loved the pool - very nice and clean. I will say that my 4-year-old got 2 splinters, one on his foot from the small stairs that lead to the bay beach, and one from the walkway railings leading to the pool. That cost us several hours lost playing, so that’s something to be aware of if you have little ones. The beds were comfortable enough and clean. The decor and paint and furniture were beautiful and cozy, although there was still some unpainted patchwork by the entryway, but that doesn’t bother me. The cleaning lady arrived as we were leaving around 10, and my husband accidentally left his phone in the kitchen. She ran out and brought it to us. Awesome. My family and I loved this place so much, we all said we wanted to stay there forever. We definitely will be back.

We loved the cozy feels of the unit. Feels like home and very clean. There was a dock where you can walk through and the pool was amazing. I will surely recommend this place to my family and friends.
