For a fun day trip of sightseeing and historic landmarks, don't hesitate to check out Fort Pickens, sitting just eight miles west. Not to mention, downtown Pensacola Beach is a great place to grab a bite to eat, fish off the pier, or grab a souvenir from one of the local shops! No matter the occasion for your travels to Pensacola Beach, Baywatch F2 is a vacationer's dream, offering a picturesque atmosphere throughout. Upon entering this first-floor condo, walk up the stairs, and you will be adorned with welcoming beachy décor, comfortable furnishings, and a genuinely at-home ambience. Enjoy a full-size washer/dryer, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of storage space, full-size appliances, and all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The spacious kitchen island serves as a dining table. Step into the inviting living area, offering a large TV and DVD player. Unwind in the evenings with a family movie night with DVD rentals after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all Pensacola Beach has to offer. THINGS TO KNOW ***Please Note: Due to damages from a tornado that came through our area, repairs to the outside buildings, carports and stairwells started in August of 2024 and will be on-going through the New Year. House rules

Renters MAY NOT have pets on the premises. Musical instruments, stereos, tape and CD decks, radios or television will not be played between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 am in such a manner as to disturb others. Occupants are responsible for the acts of their children and guests. Each unit shall not sleep more than 6 people each night. Each renter is allowed two parking spaces only. Vehicles not identified with owner/visitor passes will be towed. If a vehicle is towed, you may contact Bayside Towing at (850) 932-2020. Every vehicle must have a parking pass. No glass bottles are allowed on the beach, pool, white sandy areas/man-made beaches, pier, or common areas. Please purchase cans. - No items may be left out on the beach, sandy white areas, or commons area overnight. Storage of canoes, kayaks, watercraft or any other items are allowed overnight. (Pensacola Beach Ordinance). If left, they will be removed from the property. Pool Rules- No glass or pets in the pool area. The use of the pool is strictly at swimmer’s own risk. Rules governing use of the facility are posted on site. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m.-10 p.m. Trash and garbage should be properly bagged and placed in dumpsters. No charcoal or gas grills are allowed on any balconies. Grills are not allowed to be used within 10 feet of a building. Towels or other objects may not be hung over balconies or stairways. Buoys are privately owned and not for public use.

Close enough to walk easily to the beach. There is a small area by the bay with sand on the property. View from this unit was okay. There are other units closer to the bay. We enjoyed watching the ducks.

Pensacola is one of my family’s favorite places to visit. We truly enjoyed this condo and will consider staying here again next time we visit. It is a decent walk to the beach. The leather couch was very nice.

My family and I love this apartment. I stayed here with my cousins in 2022 and came back this time with my fiancé and our three kids. We had a blast!!! The room had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. All we had to get was groceries everything else was provided. We plan on coming back soon for a mommy/daddy getaway 🤗
