July 2026

Overall this house is great, especially for large families like mine! We would stay here again!

Very spacious and clean. Location is great, neighborhood seemed nice enough. House has lots of extras, like beach chairs, everything you need for babies or small kids.

The backyard is not completely fenced in like I thought from the pictures listed, which was a must have for me since I was bringing my dogs. The laundry room is outside of the house and the house could use a few upgrades such as the dishwasher, the rack was falling apart so my husband fixed it so that we could use jt & there is no ice maker, just trays. Water pressure trickles from time to time, not sure if that’s on the city or just the house when all the showers are going.

Avari response:

Thank you, Jennifer, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family found the house spacious and clean, and that the location worked well for you. It’s wonderful to know that the extras we provide, especially for little ones, made your experience more enjoyable.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the backyard fencing and the laundry setup. We understand how important those details are, especially when traveling with pets. We’re also sorry to hear about the issues with the dishwasher and water pressure. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re committed to addressing these concerns to enhance future stays.

Your insights help us improve, and we hope to welcome you back for another family getaway soon. Thank you for choosing Avari!
