Inside, central air-conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable when you're watching a fun show on the TV. Younger guests will love resting on the twin-over-twin bunk bed. The main bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and soaking tub. As part of your stay, guests can enjoy access to shared pools, a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, and fitness room. There's enough to enjoy in this lovely spot by the Gulf!

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a colorful setting, less than one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf and the surrounding area. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just three miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Head just over 11 miles to the east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat!

It’s nice but could be better

I loved the view! I loved how close restaurants and activities were! We were right on the water the pool was nice.

I know i booked the room but i did not like how high i was (16th floor)😩.. im afraid of heights. The furniture could have been more clean or up to date . I saw a few stains here and there. The dryer had a defect in it, with getting hot. It barely gets hot. I had to dry clothes for 3-4 hours straight to get almost dry.

My friends and I had a great time here. The view is incredible and we spent any time at the condo on the balcony. Lots to do around. Nice place. We will be back!

The view and the location.

The refrigerator has an issue with the freezer door. It doesn't stay closed so the alarm keeps beeping for High heat and open door constantly all day and night. It also leaks water because the door will not seal off and close properly. The lock on the front door is broken on the top inside. The lock on the bedroom door is also broken and doesn't work. It could be a problem for anyone with small children.

We had an amazing time at Aqua 1606! The condo was clean and ready. Check in instructions were clear. The balcony l, with access from the living room and bedroom, was such a great spot to hang out when we weren't on the beach or exploring the town! The bunk room was perfect for two teens. Some notes for anyone planning a stay: pack coffee AND paper basket filters lol There weren't any cookie sheets when we were there. Otherwise there were 4 rolls of tp, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap and a sponge. Plenty for our four night stay. Beds were comfy. There is an ice maker in the freezer. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. The beach is GORGEOUS! Aqua facilities were fantastic and never crowded.. Check out St Andrews State Park and Shell Island...highly recommend :) We're already thinking of booking Aqua 1606 again next year!
