i have tried and tried to contact them regarding there only being 5 wristbands when we arrived and it said 6. there was a awful smell everytime we turned on the sink water, the shower head leaked really bad in the guest bathroom. trash cans were nasty. the place had a bad smell we couldn’t get rid of either. cylpso is always and will always be my favorite but i will not book through this company again.

The location was great! Easy access. The condo was clean. The couches are very dirty, dingy. I had to put a blanket over them. Other than that everything was good.
