This single-story home sits around the corner from beach access at Rick Seltzer Park, where you'll find a great swimming area, white sand dunes, a pavilion, picnic areas, restrooms, and even parking if you choose to drive. This is also the perfect home base for exploring, with St. Andrews State Park, Signal Hill Golf Course, and such attractions as WonderWorks, ZooWorld, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! within two miles.

You'll begin and end each day outside in the backyard, which is thoughtfully fenced so your kids can play safely. Sip your morning coffee on the covered, furnished patio, bring out the cornhole set in the afternoons, and spend your evenings basking the warmth of the fire table and hot tub.

The interior exudes modern comfort, from the open layout to the contemporary furnishings. Yet the house is also well-suited to families, offering such touches as a high chair in the dining room, a bunk room with a selection of toys, a laundry room, and a game room with foosball, Pop-a-Shot, darts, a TV, and other sources of entertainment. Very spacious & beautiful house. We will definitely stay here again. A short walk to the beach and just a couple minutes away from delicious food and things to do! Quiet neighborhood too!

My kids didn’t want to go home and honestly neither did I. It felt much bigger than it appeared in the pictures. We had plenty of room for 2 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. The game room kept the kids busy when we weren’t out. It was a great place for a family vacation and I hope to come back again in the future.
