The sunset and ocean views from the balcony were absolutely amazing! 5 ⭐️ for this spacious condo! We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and was very comfortable and clean. The resort staff was very friendly and the public areas were beautifully decorated for the holidays too. We saw Santa & Mrs Claus multiple days. TOP NOTCH!! We can’t wait to come back to stay again.

What an awesome vacation! Having coffee on the balcony in the morning overlooking the beach & ocean waves w/ a breeze may have been my favorite part! We got to see fireworks on the 4th of July from our balcony all afternoon, evening, & night as well! So much to do & so many places to eat & drink with many being within walking distance. Getting from the parking garage to the condo & getting from the condo to the beach can be confusing at first, but once you do it once or twice it's actually quite easy! I'll try to make it easy for any future renters below! Parking: You have to enter the parking garage from the back. Once you park, go to the 3rd floor. You can take the elevator that are right inside the parking garage doors or walk; I did both). Once you get to the 3rd Floor, walk across the sky walk (bar there as well!) & use the elevators that are beside the escalators to go to your floor Beach Access: Take elevators to "B" for Basement & you can pretty much walk right out to the beach. OR if you're on or go to the 1st Floor, you walk down a hall & exit through a gate & it gets you outside but there's a path to the beach. ELEVATORS ARE THE EASIEST ROUTE. You also have access to 2 Beach Chairs & an Umbrella as well! Just walk up to the kiosk & tell the worker your condo # & you are assigned a spot for your trip (Ex. we had spot 107 all week). HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Owners are awesome! They reached out to me on my drive down & when I texted them during the week with a question, they hit me back in less than 5 mins! They care about people having a great time!

This condo had amazing views of the Gulf and beach area! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. The condo was very spacious and was large enough for my family. Furniture was comfortable. We did love that this unit comes with two beach chairs and umbrella daily. You just have to check in with the lifeguard when you get to the beach to get your assigned seats. Things I wish I would have known: 1. The pool area that includes the splash pad and is the best area for children to swim is located on the ground floor across the street from the condo unit. You can go across the sky bridge so you don’t have to walk across traffic, but, with children & all of their swim accessories, that can be a lot. So you have to take a elevator down to the third floor from wherever you’re at above three, then walk across the sky bridge, then go down the escalator and walk across the lobby area that has rental companies/business offices, the gift shop area and Starbucks (in your swim gear) to get to the pool. VERY INCONVENIENT. 2. Parking is also located across the sky bridge from the condo unit. So, that would include an elevator ride from your unit to the third floor, across the sky bridge and then another elevator ride up or down to your designated parking area. With luggage and groceries, that can tend to be a lot. They do have carts unavailable on all of the parking levels by the elevator doors in case you have a lot of stuff to haul. 3. No one told us or prepared us for the massive wind suction that would happen in the condo (if it was a windy day) if you had the sliding glass door to the balcony open and then open the front door of the condo unit at the same time! Holy cow! Brochures and papers on the kitchen table went flying. Lightweight items went flying. It was crazy. And almost our entire week was windy because it was raining and storming most of the time we were there. 4. Also, didn’t find out until second or third day that we were there, that all of the top plug-in outlets are attached to a light switch for lamps and ceiling fans. So if we plugged anything into those outlets, whatever we plugged in wouldn’t work. Which also leads into the fact that all of the ceiling fans and lights had remote controls to work them, and half of them didn’t work. So, we were unable to turn ceiling fans on when we needed to for most of the trip. 5. There is an ice machine on the ground floor of the parking garage across the street from the unit. We didn’t know that until midway through our trip and we had been going out to the gas stations or store to get bags of ice.
