Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The best part was the location; being right on the beach made for beautiful views and easy access to the water. The space itself was nice and had a lot of potential. However, it could benefit from some updates, and a more thorough deep cleaning would make a big difference in the overall experience. With a few improvements, this property could be an excellent beachfront getaway.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kitchen has very limited cooking items. Keep in mind no steak knives or any type of knives to prepare/cut items. Only one pan and pot. Also, no spices of any kind.. Had to go and buy salt and pepper. Never had to do in other VRBOs. We would definitely rent again, we’ll just have to pack extra items. Great views from both balconies.

This is our second time staying in Pinnacle Port and the location cannot be beat. I really enjoyed the two story aspect of this condo. It was spacious and worked well for our family. My only feedback, I would switch the beds so the king bed is in the room with the master bath and view of the Gulf.

Great location- beach is directly accessible from the building itself. The place was also nice with enough space for 4 people and relatively clean. It was great to have a kitchen, but we did have to buy a knife to cut food with. Bring your own laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and soap since they only provide starter packs. Overall would definitely stay again!
