We had a great week! Really didn’t like that there was no way to lock the door from the inside at night time with kids in the condo!

We only stayed 2/7 nights. Avari attempted to contact the property manager, but she wouldn’t respond and maintenance never came. There are ROACHES in this unit and they were aware because there was bait behind the refrigerator. The master shower was clogged and would not drain. The couches need to be replaced and overall the condo is in need of a deep clean and coat of paint. Avari did not seem to care that we were uncomfortable in the unit and AirBnb had to step in to relocate us.

Loved the place and the area. Right next to runaway island. Can’t give 5 stars because there were multiple roaches sighted and the double beds in the spare room were terrible. Could feel every spring and feel like I need a vacation from this vacation because we barely slept. Also the front door is NOT fixed. There is no lock on the inside. Only the door handle lock. Felt very uncomfortable and wedged a chair into the door handle to help me have some peace of mind.

The balcony is what saved the stay but this place had roaches dead and alive ..The bathroom had dead roaches on the floor as well as the kitchen and their was a small roach in the kitchen...Management did ask to come spray but I asked for another location but got nothing
