Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

I loved this unit it was very nice and clean the views from the balcony for sunset and sunrise are amazing also within walking distance to pineapple Willy's which is one of my favorite places to eat on the beach

We absolutely loved this condo - the views were amazing! The house is beautiful I loved all the decor and again the views 😍 it was very easy to get to and find everything you need. Located next to so many great places you can walk to! 10/10 we will be back again

This is our second visit to Sunbird and we love the location as well as the chair/umbrella service on the beach. Unfortunately we had some issues with this particular unit. I'll start with what went well: *The view is spectacular! *The balcony is nicely sized and has upgraded chairs: very comfortable and important to us because we love to have coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening. *Plenty of seating in the living area. *Bed was comfortable *There are 2 small folding beach chairs in the closet. 👍 *A Keurig coffee maker as well as a brew pot. ❤️ Brew pot is a must from our viewpoint but note that there is no starter coffer or filters. You need the cone style filters. *A/C worked well and the elevators are really fast regardless of what floor you are on. Not so great: *There was a nasty smell that came from the bathroom vanity occasionally. They need to clean the drains on a regular basis. *There were no pillow cases on 3 of our master bedroom pillows. I find that disturbing to think that I am laying my head on a pillow that has no freshly washed case for it. Did the previous guests sleep on it with no case?? *The photos show that the unit has a toaster. It does not have a toaster and it did not have any kind of sheet pan to toast anything in the oven. We had to go to Walmart and buy a pizza pan so we could have toast. The only cooking pans there are stove top. There is NOTHING for the oven (except the pizza pan we bought and left there). *The photos show that there is a tub in the bathroom. Be aware there is NO tub in the bathroom...only a walk in shower. *The amenities list an iron. There is NO iron in the condo. *This particular owner does not provide ANY toiletries. We came in late at night, looking forward to a shower and there was not even one starter bar of soap provided. Take some with you! *Lastly, we came back to the condo at 3:30 one afternoon from the beach, planning to shower and meet our friends for dinner only to find that we had no water in the condo. After calling both Vacasa and visiting the property management office we learned that the hot water tank was scheduled to be replaced that day. No one bothered to tell us that even though they had several forms of communication for us. 3+ hours later we got our water back. If we had just known we could have planned differently and at least made our dinner plans. Overall, other than the water issue, the items noted are relatively small but when you put it all together it makes for a less than optimal stay for sure. Hopefully, they will address some of these issues.

This condo was the perfect setting for our 4-day getaway. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and lunch in the condo. Enjoyed the beach which was within steps to the condos. When it got too hot, we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Will definitely stay here again.
