While you'll find plenty of restaurants nearby, the condo also includes a full kitchen to help handle all your at-home meal and snack needs. Private home essentials include WiFi, central air-conditioning, and access to a coin laundry. A seasonal (April-October) beach service setup of two chairs and a shade umbrella is also provided. Things to Know: Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max), and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

The unit itself was clean, the upgraded appliances are nice decent size fridge. The linens clean the bathroom clean the shower head could be replaced but not anything bad the master bedroom has the ac right next to it which is loud in the room when trying to sleep but yet again not a huge deal patio furniture was rusted down but your on the beach so again not uncommon or unexpected...pools were clean used the one closest to the room which was right below kids can be heard from pool which again is expected...the only complaint is the elevators they are run down but boy are they fast which I'd take over them being nice...for the money I think this was a great value of your traveling with kids or a leisure trip not a whole lot of hussle and bussel.
