Things to Know:
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max), and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max).
Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

What a perfect slice of Paradise. Exactly as pictured. Stunning view from the condo. Having the beach loungers & umbrella set up was relaxing & we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. The gulf beaches are the best in Florida & the most beautiful in the US & we look forward to visiting PCB again. We would stay in this condo again. Thank you!
