location was great.
The elevators were always available and fast.

AC wouldn’t keep up stayed 78 degrees the whole time.
Had ac unit to where the balcony door could not close.
Pull out couch was paper thin.

The onsight staff was exceptional. Property was clean. Pools were very nice.

(Management company of the rental unit made too many mistakes. The biggest was door code was inaccurate and we couldn’t gain access to the rental for nearly 3 hours in middle of night. Signage postage was inaccurate.)

* huge Panama city Beach “takeover” pineapple Willy’s which made for overcrowded beach w lots of unnecessary congestion and misbehavior lots of police presence
