Our stay at Splash 1107E was wonderful. We took our son and daughter-in-law and our 2 grandkids for a family beach trip. The condo was so spacious. Loved how both of the bedrooms had balcony access and a beach view. The large bathrooms and walk in showers were very nice. The grounds and pool areas were very clean and easy to get to. Beach access was also very convenient. We loved the unit and it was clean. Splash is on the quieter end of PCB but still close to many attractions. The cafe in the resort had some really good quick foods. Our grand-daughters favorite was the ice cream. Across the street was a super nice candy shop and an Alvins Island. The parking garage was very nice and there were plenty of parking spaces. The crosswalk was very convenient and safe. So glad we didn't have to cross the street traffic with the kids as we were coming and going. We would definitely stay here again.
