This unit is poorly ran. Examples- I received a text message around 12 pm saying “Good news - your place is ready early! We are ready for you! Head on over whenever you'd like! Welcome to the Emerald coast, enjoy every minute!” Just as anyone would think, your Airbnb would be ready. We get there, punch in the code- doesn’t work. Had to call avari which was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone- they tell me our Airbnb is not eligible for early check in. After about an hour wait in the hot sun we finally were able to reach the property maintenance and a guy helped us get into the unit.
We were not given an updated code to get on the beach. We had to walk around and ask another resident what the code was.
There is no tv remote for the living room.
The upstairs faucet is coming out of the sink.
The couch had noticeable stains.
Overall, I would stay at the sea cabins again. Just not this one because Avari is responsive until you have a problem.

The Sea Cabins were a perfect fit for our family, and in prime location to the beach, to restaurants, to shopping, etc.! Everything in the condo was clean, organized, worked perfectly, and in some areas even exceeded our expectations! We also used the onsite swimming pool constantly, as well as the laundromat, and both were very clean and worked perfectly! Can't wait to come back!
