While the condo we stayed in was nice, it was not what we had booked. We checked and went to our room, the door opened by strangers and we found out they double booked. We were moved around like musical chairs before they found a place for us. The gentleman that helped (Chris) was great, but management never followed up with any apology, check in, etc.
