Room was adequate. Everything on the checkout list did not apply to us, as there is no dishwasher in the unit. We did find a roach in our unit the day we checked out. Unit could use some updates as you can tell the buildingis old. There is not broom to help keep sand swept up.

Avari response:

Thank you, Juanita, for sharing your thoughts with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. It’s important to us that our guests feel comfortable and at home, and we regret that you encountered a few issues during your stay.

We understand how frustrating it can be to find a roach, and we take pest control very seriously. We will address this with our local team to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. Additionally, we appreciate your comments about the unit needing updates and the lack of a broom for sand cleanup. We’re always looking for ways to improve our homes and your insights will help us in that process.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future, as we’re committed to providing a better experience. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.

10/10 for location! This building and unit is old , but it’s fine for the location! It’s clean and the amenities (pool, gym, fitness) are decent as well! Can’t get much better for the price!

Small but cute. AC worked great. Smooth sliding door to balcony. Bed adequate but bit lumpy. Great location.
