Room was adequate. Everything on the checkout list did not apply to us, as there is no dishwasher in the unit. We did find a roach in our unit the day we checked out. Unit could use some updates as you can tell the buildingis old. There is not broom to help keep sand swept up.

10/10 for location! This building and unit is old , but it’s fine for the location! It’s clean and the amenities (pool, gym, fitness) are decent as well! Can’t get much better for the price!

Small but cute. AC worked great. Smooth sliding door to balcony. Bed adequate but bit lumpy. Great location.
