When we first walked in, there was a rancid smell, and when you turned on the garbage disposal, it smelled like literal poop. Also, we had a difficult time getting our parking passes. They weren’t really helpful when it came to getting the passes we kept having to go down to security and have them help, they also didn’t let us know when the passes got there. They just slid them under the door. If the security wasn’t so helpful, then we probably would’ve gotten towed. Also, we ran out of everything we were there for a six day stay they gave us one roll of toilet paper a singular roll of paper towels we had to restock everything ourselves but paid $800 to be there. The plates and silverware smelt weird and also looked dirty. The appliances were also horrible The blender didn’t work TV in living room didn’t work TV in bedroom wouldn’t change channels/didn’t work. The bathroom door going into the hallway also wouldn’t close or lock. 2nd room sink clogged shower water wouldn’t get hot.

Great location and view of the water. Just a few steps to get to the beach. Check in can be a little confusing as the building number is the address that is provided but the unit number is separate. The unit has some age but pretty clean. Close to restaurants and shopping

First and foremost, the owner has this property so beautiful me and my family of six enjoyed this so much not only were the pictures exactly as described, but they also had an umbrella and chair available for us to use for the beach, which we appreciated everyone at the resort was nice and friendly and security definitely helped us with our issues as well as made sure we were protected. The only problem that I had was with the management company which did not give us check-in information before we checked in hours before even though it is stated in the instructions it would be, but when we did get the information, it was definitely incorrect. Me and my four kids and husband were stuck waiting outside 7-9pm in the middle of the rain in which the company listed for contact and Airbnb could not get in touch with Amarii management who failed to tell us and send us the check-in form. The property by the owner was wonderful & had to intervene, but the management had poor communication..

The check in process was a nightmare as they did not have our reservation booked for us. After an hour and a half on the phone we finally got let in. Once let in the place was great and as listed. Probably a fluke hence the 3/5 but would probably book with them again.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
