ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:
Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony
restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning
October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .
During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various
points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be
temporarily moved inside the units for safety.
Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction
variables. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property safe and
beautiful.

My stay was good. The only thing I would like is more things to do on sight.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. The views of the Gulf are wonderful. The pools are really nice. We took the kids to the playground, played pickleball, and basketball. It is a short walk to the beach. The master suite is big and not pictured. The decor and furniture are dated but in good shape. It was clean and has all the essentials needed for a short stay.
