Overview

This luxury vacation condominium features stunning gulf and coastline views with timeless sunsets and endless emerald green waters with a fourth-floor view. This inviting two bedroom unit is a great vacation getaway. The interior of the unit is very cozy yet tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and wall to wall tile floors. The master bedroom has a fun beach décor with a king bed and adjoining full bath with access to your private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There are TVs, and DVD players in both bedrooms and the living room for your entertainment. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and everything needed for meal preparation. There is a dining room table that seats six. Majestic Sun A402 is sure to make great memories for you and your family on your next beach getaway. You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Majestic Sun HOA Maintenance Advisory/ UNIT A402
Balcony repairs 09-22-26/10-14-26- NO BALCONY use and patio furniture will be in the unit
Walkway repairs 03-05-27 /03-19-27 floor shut down/no access
Please be advised that the Majestic Sun HOA will be performing building-wide exterior maintenance on Buildings A and B from September 2026 through April 2027.
The project will begin with balcony repairs running from September through December 2026. During this initial phase, balconies will be completely blocked depending on the specific building stack the construction crew is currently renovating. Balconies will be inaccessible, outdoor furniture will be stored inside the units for safety, and the resort pool will close periodically during overhead work. Following this, walkway updates will take place from January through April 2027, requiring units to be completely blocked off on a floor-by-floor basis as the crew progresses through the building. If you plan to visit or have an upcoming stay scheduled, please reach out to your Property Manager as soon as possible to see if your specific unit is affected by the construction schedule. We appreciate your cooperation as the property is safely maintained.

Very clean and great location! There were no extra sheets or throw blankets in the unit. There were no coffee filters, no cleaning supplies, no salt or pepper! I would advise you bring everything you will need with you for your stay, but it is still very worth it!

The condo was perfect! Great location, beautiful views, spacious!
We did not receive check in instructions the day of arrival and upon check in, took approximately two and a half hours to gain access to the unit. The first evening of our stay, I sent a list of concerns to the management company and at no point were any of these items resolved. The door did not lock. We ended up pushing a chair and luggage against it while we slept. Very safe neighborhood so I never felt unsafe but this could be a huge liability. .The pool codes were not updated so we were unable to use those facilities throughout our stay. Parking passes were not provided as promised.. every communication with the management company took hours to get a response.

We traveled from Oklahoma for a family vacation. We were very impressed with the ease or booking, access to the complex, and location. The view of the water is absolute amazing, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening! Having to walk just across the street to get to the beach was so nice and easy, especially with littles. There are minor things the owner could do to improve the aesthetic, especially for the price. Other than those few things we thought the place was perfect! We will definitely book again.
