Walkway repairs 02-03-27 /02-17-27 floor shut down/no access
Please be advised that the Majestic Sun HOA will be performing building-wide exterior maintenance on Buildings A and B from September 2026 through April 2027.
The project will begin with balcony repairs running from September through December 2026. During this initial phase, balconies will be completely blocked depending on the specific building stack the construction crew is currently renovating. Balconies will be inaccessible, outdoor furniture will be stored inside the units for safety, and the resort pool will close periodically during overhead work. Following this, walkway updates will take place from January through April 2027, requiring units to be completely blocked off on a floor-by-floor basis as the crew progresses through the building. If you plan to visit or have an upcoming stay scheduled, please reach out to your Property Manager as soon as possible to see if your specific unit is affected by the construction schedule. We appreciate your cooperation as the property is safely maintained.

We absolutely loved our week in the Majestic Sun condo. The beds were so comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus. And the views? Amazing! We could not have asked for a better place to spend spring break.
