Last minute trip for my birthday. Great location on the beach, beautiful view. Condo was clean was perfect for the 3 of us. Instruction were easy to follow and understand. Close to lots of food places.

The decor was perfect, tho a little dated. The king bed was super firm but made for a good night's sleep. Beautiful view, the beach has to be the most beautiful beach I've stayed at thus far.

They do have bugs, we seen 3 roaches and some termites. Alongside that, the floors were dirty and became super slick when damp, and the dryer was filed with sand when we arrived, so we could not use it the whole trip. The one thing I needed that wasn't provided was a cutting board and a good knife.

This is my 2nd time staying in 308 and we love it! Looking to book again for next July

Maybe a bigger pool or splash pad would be lovely.
