Great location! Very clean and nice furnishings. We love Baytowne Wharf and all it has to offer. The pool was great and love the area.

There were too many codes and instructions were not clear on getting into building. Besides that, everything was AMAZING. Team was responsive and swiftly assisted with codes and entry. Place was better in person. Will book again

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was convenient, the check-in process was easy, and the villa itself was spacious and comfortable.

The biggest downside was the parking. We stayed over the Fourth of July, and the pier by the villa hosted a fireworks show. Parking was extremely difficult—we spent about an hour driving around trying to find a spot. The overflow lots were completely full, and we were repeatedly told to "figure it out ourselves." We eventually got lucky by waiting in the parking garage until someone left, but it was a frustrating experience and caused us to miss most of the fireworks.

Also, if you're planning to spend time at the beach, be aware that it's not directly connected to the property. You'll need to take the trolley or drive and pay for beach parking.

Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and the space.
