Finding our room was rather tricky as the building name was not included in the instructions. There was no on site person to help so fortunately, the host did respond and provided adequate instructions quickly. The listing showed a coffeemaker in the unit, however there was not one in the room so I did have to request one from our host a few times. They did provide one our first morning which we greatly appreciated! The mini fridge and microwave was so convenient and everything was very clean! The property was simply darling! We enjoyed dinner at the Landshark and live music at Rum Runners! The shuttle to the beach was such a nice amenity! My husband had wanted to use the gym on property and was told to go to the welcome center and get a key card for the gym access. The welcome center said that since we hadn’t checked in with the resort, they hadn’t been able to give us guest access passes. If the host could make sure that all access passes are in the room, or instruct guests to go to the welcome center upon checkin, that would simplify things a bit. Overall, we really loved our stay, proximity to the beach, well stocked bathroom, beautiful resort, and were also impressed with the price! We will definitely be back!

Stayed at Observation North for the weekend! Room was great! Lots of restaurants and activities to do downstairs in the Warf. Had so many amenities, tram, pool/hot tub ! Only downside is this room is above a busy area and bar so it is loud till 2 am and people are loud in the morning.
