Our experience was extremely disappointing from the start. We were not given access to the Airbnb until about three hours after the scheduled check-in time, which completely disrupted our plans.

Once we finally got inside, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty, and we found dishes that had clearly not been properly cleaned but were put away as if they were. It made us question the overall hygiene of the space.

Additionally, basic amenities were lacking—there were no throw blankets in the living room and no beach towels provided, which are pretty standard expectations for a stay like this.

To make matters worse, communication was nearly nonexistent. The managers did not respond to messages, so if you need anything during your stay, you’re essentially left to figure it out on your own.

Overall, the delay, poor cleanliness, missing essentials, and lack of communication made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Location was perfect. Right next to the pool, house was beautiful and had anything you could ask for.
The only problem is that if the power goes off for any reason, then someone has to come from the company to reset breakers, because only a few items came back on after the power came back on. The maintenance person did say that this happens often, and they have told the owner to no avail.
