Vivian

September 2026

We had a very nice view and that was my biggest request.

Location is great. Very quiet. Spacious bathrooms and bedrooms.

The bathroom floors were not as clean as I think they should be.

Avari response:

Vivian, it’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful view and found the location to be quiet and spacious. We completely understand how important a clean bathroom is, and we’re sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will ensure our cleaning team addresses this to maintain the high standards we strive for. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay by the ocean.

The view was awesome. Very convenient to what our interests were.
I did appreciate the beach chairs, sand toys, and the boogie board.
Several things need to be taken care of
The furniture was outdated. The sheets in the master bedroom wouldn’t stay on the mattress. The ceiling had water damage spots. The shower off of the master bedroom needs to be updated.

A perfect getaway in a prime location!

Absolutely beautiful location, one of our favorite spots in the world. Easy access to the beach, chairs were available for rent. The unit had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances and accessories. The bathrooms were huge and the bed was very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was spotty to nonexistent. We did get help from the cable company, but the problem kept reoccurring so often that we finally just gave up and used cell phones.
