Located on a gorgeous stretch of the beaches of Perdido Key, this updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom rental is a great getaway. With features including a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry, each guest will have everything they need. The large balcony can be accessed from the living area and master bedroom and offers coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both the master suite and the first guest room offer king beds. The second guest room has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks.

On property at Spanish Key, there’s a gulf front pool, an indoor pool, and a gazebo and picnic area also overlooking the water. Nearby is Flora-Bama, which includes Ole River Grill, lounge, and a marina where guests can rent pontoon boats and wave runners or hop on a fishing charter. Across the Alabama state line, there are even more attractions in Orange Beach, such as Gulf State Park and The Wharf, with a movie theater, Ferris wheel, shopping, and dining.

This property is undergoing construction as the rebuilding process continues after Hurricane Sally. The amenities for this vacation rental may not be open during your stay.

The condo itself was fantastic-spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for our group. We would give the condo itself 5 stars.
Unfortunately, several issues with the property’s management and amenities took away from our overall experience. Despite multiple phone calls and text messages, we never received the correct number of wristbands for our group. As a result, we were not allowed to use the pool or access the beach on the day we arrived. We understood that check-in wasn’t until 4:00, but we expected to at least be able to enjoy the property’s amenities while waiting. In addition, we were constantly questioned by security about the missing band our entire stay.
Parking was also very frustrating. We were promised one assigned covered parking space, but there wasn’t one available for our condo, and the overflow parking was extremely limited, making it difficult to come and go. We were also asked to leave the pool early every night even though all posted signs said 11.

Great location - walking distance to FloraBama. We have stayed in Unit 608 for several years it has always been our first choice in the area.

When you walk in, you have a feeling of welcome home away from home. The view was lovely and calming. The beach was pristine. It was a refreshing stay. The decor was elegant, yet casual. A perfect stay!
