Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted. This one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is a beachfront haven for the up to four people who choose to vacation here. Located in Orange Beach, this condo draws your attention immediately to the private balcony with a big view of the white-sand beach and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inviting patio furniture offers the perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set, quietly enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning hours, or even have a quick lunch before heading back down to the beach. The condo's earthy color palette inspires a sense of calm yet reminds that this is a place for having lots of fun in the sun! The kitchen is right-sized for up to four people and features an eat-in, countertop-height bar that is an ideal spot for children to dine or even play a game while the grownups prepare a meal. The bedroom comes with a king-sized bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room where you can fall asleep gazing at the reflection of the moon and stars on the water. The condo complex features an indoor pool and an outdoor pool on the Gulf side. Across the street, you'll find another outdoor pool with a view of Old River, and a pier with seating. A barbecue and picnic area is also available.

The condo was clean and neat. It had plenty of utensils, glasses and plates. It had enough supplies to get you through first couple of days(toilet paper, paper towels…)

Perfectly clean, down to the spoon. Dolphins directly in front of the building every morning and evening. Great beach, 40 dolllars for an umbrella and two chairs, great staff and takes Venmo or CC. Not crowded, 3 min drive or , 10 min walk to Florabama. Four Digital code for door so no key to carry around or lose. Great view, parking passes in room ready when you arrive. A/C was wonderful, was 112 with heat index while there first week of August but, the HVAC never skipped a beat. Washer and dryer made it easy to pack light and rewash items. The closet actually had a shell net, pool noodle and other neat items you could use instead of purchasing. The balcony porch furniture is sturdy and very nice, no other condos there have such nice ones. There is much more but, this is what I think sells it for that over the top decision. VERY happy!

Great location. Out of the congested areas! Very short walk to the beach. We have stayed at Lei Lani 3 times in the last year. If this unit receives some updating, we would stay in it again! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
